Our fea­tured speaker will be Mary Ann Cas­tronovo Fusco.  Her pre­sen­ta­tion will cen­ter around “what con­sti­tutes gen­uine Ital­ian cook­ing and how it has evolved over time on both sides of the Atlantic.  She will dis­cuss the ori­gins of some of the most beloved Ital­ian hol­i­day culi­nary tra­di­tions.  Ms. Fusco is an award-winning food writer who has been pub­lished in the New York Times, the New York Daily News and The Star-Ledger.  For­mer senior edi­tor of Atten­zione mag­a­zine, she is cur­rently editor-in-chief of a busi­ness jour­nal pub­lished by John Wiley & Sons, and a con­trib­u­tor to New Jer­sey Monthly mag­a­zine.  In 2010, she received a Dis­tin­guished Ser­vice Award from the Ital­ian Trade Com­mis­sion for endur­ing com­mit­ment and con­tri­bu­tion to Ital­ian food.

Classes are taught by highly qual­i­fied and expe­ri­enced instructors.
